FNB Home Loans

I have done a Mortgage Loan Application through an FNB consultant in late February, I enquired a week ago of the progress and if FNB requires anything more from me, I have called a couple of times and I have send an email again today with no response as of yet. I have also called the Home loans department and they said no new application was received so what is going on? as I cannot get in touch with him and nobody else can help me it seems. This is poor service I really expected more from FNB.
