FNB Home Loans 10/2020

I FNB Home Loans Department is very unprofessional and has no of assist clients. I have been trying to get hold of someone by the name of Sameerah Ahmod since Friday. She has left a note saying she called me Friday 2020/10/02 and my phone was off! I had not received a sms or missed call notification for that day!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been calling this lady since 9:30am on 2020/10/05 and have not been able to get hold pf her, I have left messages for her to call me, emails were sent to her to call me and I have not heard nothing from her. Email escalations were sent to her and her manager Hailey Naidoo and they both have not answered the calls made and when being transferred them no answer. I think that How can we help you is not the best motto it should instead be, How can we ruin your day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
