FNB Home Loan - Wreckless Lending

FNB Home Loans and their consultant Thando Masondo are ***********. I app**** for a bond through an bond originator to apply for a bond on a house. I was then shocked when the bond was approved for an extremely hifgh interest rate of 12.28 and a bond repayment of R14K. I then requested the financials that were sent by the bond originator and most of my financials were increased and decreased in certain areas. This inaccuracy lead to the bond being approved by FNB. However, every other bank that was app**** to declined due to not financially qualifying. FNB Home Loans is practicing wreckless lending and they do it with a smile on their face. Thando Masondo you should be ashamed of yourself and the institution that you work for. Wreckless lending at its finest. Well done FNB !!!!
