FNB Home loan will get you to be labelled as a bad payer

Lately FNB is frustrating me FNB home loan keeps sending me messages that I did not pay for my loan. I phone FNB asking, 'can you please collect the money it is in the account' the money is in the account they just dont debit but keeps sending me messages that I did not pay. I phoned FNB 3 times asking them to collect the money from my account but nothing happens, they just send messages saying I did not pay.

Now I will be labelled as a bad payer, as I dont pay my bond on time, and all of this is because of FNB.
