FNB Home Loan Tax Certificate IT3b Not Retrievable!???

I saw a post in 2015 about the same topic. It is 6 years later. My SA home loan tax certificate can be downloaded through the client interface. I am a Private client at FNB and they don't even have the ability to email it to me. What gives FNB??
