FNB Home Loan Tax Certificate IT3b Not Retrievable!???
I have not received my IT3b (tax certificate) for my FNB home loan since Feb. I am currently doing my tax return only to find out this certificate was never sent to me, nor can I download it from internet banking because the downloaded certificate only reflects my cheque account. I have sent two emails, had a live chat and spent 15min on the phone but know can retrieve this certificate. The is so disappointing as almost a month has past by since the tax return is open for submission but I cannot submit due to this certificate being outstanding.
