FNB HOME LOAN SUCKS AND EVIL

*** FNBREF#*** I lost my job, I was retrenched in June 2024. I informed FNB that i will not be able to pay for my home loan and completed the insurance application and it was approved on 14 August 2024, i got an sms that i was approved for 6-12 month. End of August I was happy that the insurance had successfully kicked in as i received the sms that yes they will be paying and they did. to my surprise today, homeloan debited my account. HOW COULD THEY!!!!!. the very last cent i had in my account. i need this money urgently reversed to my account today. not after 30 days, but today. I am so angry right now
