Fnb home loan sucks

Last week I called FNB home loan to request to split my bond payments ...the agent completely refused..this would helped me to kill the interest. And today I called Nedbank they agreed to do the same without asking any questions. Am thinking even to leave this fnb after more than 20 years with them.
