FNB home loan still not debited

Last year I app**** for home loan insurance through FNB. It was successful but the home loan insurance still hasn't been debited from my account despite communication from FNB stating that it would. I have been battling with this issue since last year November and despite constant emails to FNB, I have received no service. I even went to a branch and wasted over an hour of my time. All they told me to do was phone the relevant department which said couldn't assist me over a Saturday. The branch didn't even know that and wasted my time. This issue has become extremely frustrating and stressful!
