*********** fnb home loan staff , i had to get a bond originator because fnb staff didnt do there job

on the 12th september 2025, i did an online application for an fnb bond, it was preapproved. then a cornel boshoff sent me an email that it had been pre approved, i asked which steps forward as i couldnt upload the documents on line. this cornell didnt even bother replying . that i had to get a bond originator as my offer to purchase was going to expire. now i phoned fnb home loans regarding my ebucks and they say they only give ebuck if you dont use a bond originator. but i tried going directly with fnb and they didnt do anyhting for a month. why should i be penalized because fnb staff dont do there job.
