FNB Home loans have been exceptional in their dealings with our bond. They are in constant contact with me since Lock-down until now. I still have an outstanding request and they are understanding, empathetic, non-judgmental and so willing to help and escalate my request. What a nice bunch of humane, understanding staff. Kudos to them all.
