FNB Home Loan settlement problem

I sold my house and my attorneys have been trying to get a settlement confirmed with FNB Home Loans for almost a month now! FNB cannot give me the information, I tried. The request is logged on the Lawsuit system and my attorneys are dealing directly with the FNB panel attorneys. What is the hold up?? I heard FNB is busy with a system upgrade and that is one of the reason the settlement cannot be produce. Sounds like a bull... story. Please confirm asap
