FNB HOME LOAN ****

FNB being increasingly my monthly bond debit for the past 5 years , haven’t got the statement for years now. I lodged a complaint dated 11 November 2022 with FNB home loan department but was given forms to fill for interest rate review.

Today more than 60 days still haven’t got any respond yet and have being making follow ups weeks after weeks with no luck. NO WONDER THEY RATING NUMBER 1 WITH MOST COMPLAINTS.
