FNB Home Loan Sale a Sham

My husband and I submitted an application to use our Future use bond for our home renovations

After submitting the documents the first time it was declined.

I had spoken to our dedicated client advisor and explained that we had received increases and work in a family business which we could draw DNS’s out of as we had made contributions prior.

After many follow ups to her and her manager we still await a response in terms of requested information

There is no reply at each of their phone lines and even though it was escalated still nothing forthcoming

She had attitude and signs of frustration on the phone when I had spoken to her with no client relationship in mind.

We have now approached another bank which is willing to assist us, FNB use the future use a big selling point but come time to pay out there’s always issues
