FNB HOME LOAN POOR SERVICE

Fnb home we made a payment but we paid in another home loan not the one which was due. This payment was made on the 30 June and on the 2nd July when we picked the mistake we contacted FNB home loan who promised to sort out the issue. Needless to say till to date the funds has bot been transfered and we being charged interest yet the funds are with FNB though in a different home loan account . Emails are going back and forth and FNB can see the amount and the other home loan where the funds are was also debited.We not asking for a loan but for our funds to he transferred to the correct account PLEASE
