FNB Home Loan payment break issue finally resolved!!

After writing back and forth emails between myself, my banker and FNB Home Loans for about 3 months. I received a call from a lady by the name Banyana Sekoele from Pre-Legal Collections and informed me that my loan was in arrears and when would I be making payment?

I had to explain the story to her again which I had been explaining for the past couple of months, and she simply sent me the application which I had filled in before and I had to fill it in again and send back.

With in 24 hours the issue was resolved! An issue that lasted for 3 months was finally resolved by 1 person in 24 hours.
