FNB HOME LOAN - PATHETIC

Tried applying for a home loan from FNB, I earn a salary plus a much smaller amount a monthly directors fee from another company. FNB then wanted me to submit financial statements and management accounts for the company where I am a director. When I refused they then wanted to know if I am a shareholder whereby I gave them a letter from the said companies auditors and my accountant to say I am not a shareholder. FNB came back and have asked for the details of the shareholders of the company from which I receive a monthly directors fee. If they do not get this information they cannot proceed with the application even though I have almost the same amount in cash banked with them. They are not willing to give me a clear answer of yes or no, they are harping on the shareholding of a company where I am a director, infact what I did not declare in the application is that I am a director of several companies, if I had done that would they want shareholders and financial statements of these companies as well.
