FNB Home Loan Negotiation

I recently made an offer to purchase on a property which I used a bond originator.<br> <br> I was shocked to see that FNB offered Prime + 3%, whilst 2 other banks offered Prime + 1.<br> <br> The bond originator connect FNB to negotiate the rate, whoever FNB refused.<br> <br> I then contacted the department and requested an explaination as to why they cannot offer a better rate. They couldn't give me any info expect that they weren't willing to negotiate. <br> <br> I have banked with FNB since day one and I guess they don't like keeping loyal customers.
