FNB Home Loan is Big ****!!

If it's of interest, this is my 2nd complaint about FNB Homeloan in the last 4 months!!

I transferred extra funds in my home loan account and the amount that is available is less R2000 of what I transferred.

In February I transferred R6200 for the bond initiation fee so it doesn't make sense how R2000 is missing as bond initiation fee has been paid.

I've been calling for the last week and was put on hold for 15vmiutes on average as they were discussing with team leader. Now I just received a lousy email which does not even explain where the R2000 is.

Also, this is my 2nd homeloan with them, now I wonder if I was ********** as I settled the first one within 5 years
