FNB home loan is a ****

I receive an email last week that FNB will contact me about the first review but I am still waiting not that I am surprised that is how they operate. It is difficult for them to respond to my question, they forced me to pay their embedded life cover. Now I am retrenched their life cover is failing to help. WHY WAS I FORCED TO Pay for this useless cover?. They must cancel their useless cover and refund me.
