FNB HOME LOAN FRUSTRATION!!!

I am disgusted in the call centre assistance and FNB help. I want to increase the debit order on my home loan to a HIGHER fixed amount, that I can pay it off sooner...apparently not possible... Maybe I am not communicating well, but the 2 persons that I spoke to left me frustrated ... they told me the app is changing frequently????
