FNB Home loan flexi account option not available to foreign nationals

I have been a loyal customer of fnb for over 8 years. I have a home loan account with them. It was initially prevented from accessing the extra funds in the account since there were documents missing on my profile without any notice. It's odd that when I app**** for the loan, I supp**** them with all documentation. Now, the flexi account option has been revoked without any notice and now I have to apply for my funds in order to access them. How rediculous. What then am I being charged the monthly fee for if they have no decency to forewarn me of any decisions made that will affect me even though I am a foreign national with a permanent residency permit? I have decided to move all my day-to-day banking activities over to Capitec and if possible, will require to weigh my options with the home loan.
