Fnb home loan - empty promises
When I app**** for my home loan I was supposed to receive a 0.25 discount on my rate after the property was registered because I am an FNB client.
10 CALLS LATER trying to get this sorted and recieve my discount I have received no feedback except for lies saying it will be done in 24 hours but nothing has been done
This is not acceptable!!
