FNB Home Loan Ebucks ****

The 50% ebucks on a home loan promotion seems to just be a marketing ploy to get applications. App**** for a home loan which registered in February. 2 debit orders have gone off and I still have not received the ebucks. Called and was transferred to 4 different people, with the last one telling me that the website is wrong and the ebucks are allocated after the third payment. How can the website and marketing material be wrong for a year?
