FNB Home Loan ebucks deal

I app**** for a home loan in August 2017. First it took 2 weeks for the to just open up my application because of a "IT issue". Eventually when I accepted the home loan, I was promised 40% back in ebucks on my first bond repayment as part of the deal. A few months after my first bond payment I still haven't received my ebucks. I called and they paid only a portion of the ebucks I was supposed to get, stating another "IT issue" and was promised it will be paid by 29 March. I still haven't received my ebucks after numerous calls and a complaint with them

I was promised again that the ebucks will be paid by 29 April, and again nothing was paid.
