FNB home loan drama

I've been in the process of applying for a home loan at FNB through a mortgage originator and the process has not been simple. It has been WEEKS since my application first went to FNB and to date I still have no feedback. On top of this they send me mixed signals, they tell me I've been approved, send me links to complete some lengthy on lince programme and after I do that I then have to to call them for them to tell me that I have been declined without even the decency of notifying me. The reason I am told for being declined after they told me I had been approved is because I am not permanently employed but this is a lie because I AM! I sent them proof of employment!!! I have reached the end of my tether, I don't know what to do anymore. FNB Home Loans are complicated AF and they do not communicate progress effectively, I am now hanging again after I was told that my application is being lookedd at by I am still waiting for feedback! Is it to much to ask to get a call with feedback? Why was I approved and then declined for reasons that are not accurate?
