FNB Home loan division sucks

I have been a client of FNB for over 15 years, we decided to approach FNB for a Home loan as my wife and I are first time buyers.

We decided to do it through the app via Nav- home. The worst and slowest experience of my life! It felt so impersonal and the consultant who eventually was allocated to us didn't phone me once!

I had to phone her when the application was approved, worst service ever honestly, we approached ABSA and Standard bank and FNB was most definitely the worst.

I proudly gave the business to Standard bank as they gave the best service and best rates!
