FNB HOME LOAN DIVISION AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!

FNB HOME LOAN DIVISION AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!

We started this journey in June 2018. advertised our home for sale and got a buys in 2 weeks time! So very lucky and blessed and super excited. The new buyer bank with FNB like myself and app**** for their home loan which got approved on condition of updated building plans. So we got our plans sorted and approved and submitted them to the bank on 13 August. Then the bank required a Occupation certificate for the outbuildings! But we got all our certificates and compliance in place and submitted it to the bank along with the Occupation certificate on the 4 of October. After submission they said they still waiting on the plans.. my Attorneys submitted the plans again along with the Occupation certificate. FNB then had an Issue with the plans as outbuildings... WHY ON EARTH I still have no Idea.. after sorting out everything on their side and excepting the plans after numerous emails flying up and down the buyers had to go in and resign all the paperwork again for the 3rd time! we have STILL not receive the Consent to register form!!! from 4 October 2018 till 23 November we are still waiting and following up with the whole FNB Home loans division and still no response!! Now Please explain to me how is it possible for FNB which is a Great bank on all other divisions to have a home loans division that just does not give a DAMN about their clients?? There is people sitting in their little glass cases that is UN touchable!! I am now sick and tired! FNB Home loans are messing with my future plans!!!!! I need this sorted out ASAP and as a client are disgusted with this treatment! I am at a stage where I advise people to stay away from FNB Home loans... I am advising them to much rather use SA Home loans where you as a person are valued from day 1!! I so wish that the buyers worked with them rather from day 1!

Yours faithfully... SICK and Disgusted FNB client... for how long I really don't know as my patients are long gone!!!
