FNB Home Loan disapointment!!

I bank with FNB, my wife banks with FNB, my wife's business banks with FNB and we all have been doing so for many years.

Even though this is the case I am unable to transfer my home loan to FNB with remotely the same loan amount or interest rate as my current loan.

This makes no sense to me at all!!! Very disappointed! Seems like other banks deserve my patronage?
