FNB Home Loan Devision

FNB, I have been banking with you for many years, I am a private banker, I have not once had support from FNB on any simple small queries being a private banker and paying a premium fee for this service.

I have now sent a letter regarding my current home loan with FNB two days ago to inform you that my house is on the market, no response. The Mortgage originator has heard back from Standard Bank and Nedbank on my new Home Loan (100% approved) with favorable interest rates....however, FNB, the bank that I chose to bank with and support for my entire working career has not. Is business thriving at FNB?
