FNB Home Loan Dept - Poor Customer Service

I have contacted FNB Home Loans Dept numerous to have my debit order date changed to the 1st of every month, its now been 2 months and still not reply and 5 emails sent.

Everytime I call, they keep telling me to email the documentation. My call even got escalated but still nothing.

After banking with then for 10 years, this is the service I get? Really not a hapoy customer.

I logged a call back recently with but no call back yet.
