FNB Home Loan Department - No servicr

We vist the Lifestyle Branch in Centurion 2weeks ago. A lady there send a request through for arrangements to call my son so he can move his home loan account. Nothing happened. A week later I did call the number for the home loan department again. They try to call my son, unfortunately at that stage he was working night shift. On Tuesday I call the Home Loan department again. They send me a sms within 24-48 they will give me a call. Again I called the Home Loan department today. The lady promised me that someone will give me a call back. Guess what? 19:45 Thursday evening, and still no call from FNB Home Loan department to arrange for a meeting with a consultant a face to face discussion in Pretoria!!!! So FNB is this service?? Is it not FNB slogan..."How can we help you"?? Help with service delivery or what. So frustrated. Perhaps we must just move our accounts to the banks where our home loans are??
