FNB Home-loan department is ***********

FNB home loan is draining. They don’t have costumes service and they don’t communicate i have to call just to be told they need more documentation from me. I put in my application on the 12th of November still not resolved. Spoke to Rajes Govender promised me it will be resolved by the end of business nothing happened
