FNB HOME LOAN DEPARTMENT

What a, terrible service! Well I keep it short because there is to many complaints. We are waiting more than a month know for FNB to let us know about the home loan. After how many phone calls and e-mail's there is different aswers from how many people. They give me numbers to phone and then it does'nt excist. After a month they said that there is documents outstanding but the capture is allready done. We received a reference nr but still they can not help. Our house is also evaluated. So what know! Is there someone who can help us?
