Do FNB home loan assistants get a rewarded for completing an online application by themselves? I completed an online home Loan application and they changed it into an application that was completed via my banker. The reason for this was that the incorrect reference person was assigned to my application. I then later inquired about the 50% discount on attorney fees and first repayment awarded to online home loan applicants and got informed that i will no longer qualify for it since my application came via my banker. I did not understand this and continued to question them since my application was initially done online to a point whereby they agreed to change it back to my initial online application. But ever since that was done, the consultants attitude towards me has changed and hardly has time for me
