FNB home loan consultant was the worst consultant I have ever dealt with

I had the most horrible service and experience from the FNB Home Loans department. I struggled literally for months with a query, and the person who was attending to my query and application, Mbali Mabaso, was absolutely the worst consultant I have ever come across. I emailed again to cancel my application and up until today I STILL have not received a response. My next step will be to take my business to another bank and close all my FNB accounts.
