FNB Home Loan

Very disappointed in the service. They have in the last year pushed me up to a private client without my request, with this there was several "benefits" towards me. I app**** for a home loan on 6/04/2021 and till today I can not get any clear answers. On the app under navigate it shows credit assessment passed. Today i asked for feedback as you dont get any communication if you dont beg for it. The agent advised that they require some documents for the credit assessment for a side line business which is only just been registered and have no lt traded. I asked if we can proceed without this and use only my salary which should be more than enough. Not only did i again not get any real response but a very rude "will call" message from the agent ,all i have been asking for is some form of update and feedback. I am seriously convinced that FNB "how can we help" means nothing and all they want is to charge you crazy bank fees for things you dont want. It should be more like FNB "How can we ***** and disapoint you" ...

It is unbelievable ,not only am I still waiting on feedback from the agent dealing with my application after promising feedback on a daily basis when I ask him but also the complaints department which has "escalated" my complaint has not even asked me for a reference number or at least got someone to actually contact me. To my knowledge escalated would mean the complaint will be treated as more serious and someone usually gets in contact quickly to try and resolve the matter, from what I am experiencing FNB gets taught that escalated means delete the matter as soon as possible and not give a fly about it. What bothers me the most is that FNB has moved me from Gold ,to Premier and then to Private Client without my "consent" meaning that every move my admin fees etc. gets more. Now I do not mind this as I am supposed to have bankers available and get assistance when needed ,but not even a simple request for feedback can be seen through. I am urgently looking for a response I can no longer wait as is has already been more than 2 weeks without feedback.
