FNB Home loan Cancellation poor contact

I have been struggling to communicate once more with FNB re cancelling my Home Loan One account using numbers supp**** on their brochure advising on how to do this but then redirected by people unable to assist from one number to another including a BOT that did not understand I want to Cancel my Bond!!! I tried the App which they recommend online while you are holding on forever using secure chat and kept being disconnected by assistants and then one gave me another number, which again is not Home loans direct but a general phone number again then going through the process of inputting ID number numerous times as I was reconnected costing me a fortune in airtime!!! In this day and age, you think they could get this right! I intend buying another house and will not use FNB in future!
