FNB home loan bad attitude service

Very upset with FNB Home loans . On the 5th January 2022, I requested for a fixed interest rate quote . I was then sent with a quote for 2 years at the monthly repayment of R3499.00 . I then sighed and sent back to them acknowledging it. A week later I called and was told they didn’t get the quote then I was given another quote of which I stated categorically that I don’t want it I can only take the first quote because with the recent quote it was higher than my previous quote. I was exchanging emails with the pricing specialist Tebogo Mogorosi. He then send me a quote of an amount of R3712.00 which was supposed to be effective from 27/02/2021 as to higher that the initial quote of R3499 that Initially signed as requested. I then immediately sent him an email requesting a cancellation of the quote since they quoted me way higher than my initial quote of which I declined their second quote from the start. I was surprised yesterday they debited my account with an amount of R3712 .00 which i didnt agree on and the quote was also supposed to be effective from 27 February 2022.

I’m very upset with FNB home loans

Their arrogance is worse than I expected.
