FNB Home Loan, Avoid at all cost

So this will be my second Complaint regarding FNB Home Loan department.

As the first time nothing was resolved even though they closed the complaint.

I have send numerous email to the complaint department, phoned the home loan department and even FNB care.

They even closed the home loan application even though it wasn’t completed. This feels very deliberate and time wasting on my side.

The amount requested and the amount received was 80% difference. They don’t respond to you emails, phone the complaint department they cant do anything, as i have to phone the home loan department. Phoning the home loan apartment they CC you in to the consulten assisting you, to all in vain. As they simply don't respond.

You never get feedback and you'll constantly have to phone them at you own expense and time.

Avoid this bank at all cost.

Im getting a third party to assist me now and try to publics this to the media.
