FNB Home loan approved

Hi , I have been approved for FNB home lone since last year November,ever since then there is no progress and my home loan amount is still appearing on the credit bureaus,when I am following up with the lawyers there's always a story.its nearly a year since I have been approved by still I haven't got the title deed.kindly help.
