FNB HOME LOAN AND LOANS DEPARTMENT ARE ******ING AND THREATING CLIENTS

Very disappointed with the services we are receiving from FNB Home loans and the loans department. We are on debit review due to circumstances. We are paying accordingly. FNB has a meeting with their staff and with out informing us they removed us from debit review and is demanding exorbitant amounts! In 2 days they are demanding a R10 000 increase in amount with no explanation yet payments are made and we have proof yet they say were not paying. This is *****! FNB own customer care was contacted and they made arrangements and dont follow through! Other departments then claim the agreements are null in void. They are ******ing and demanding funds with no valid reasons and is treating to reposes our property yet a court order is in place. FNB is going from bad to worst! The economy is bad as it is, yet we still making every means to ensure payments are made. Is this customer care? Please can someone assit to further this complaint to the department heads!
