FNB HOME LOAN
Hi
FNB home loan has debited twice on the 26 of October 2021 . On the 28 of October I phoned to inform them the error that has happened on my bank account. I was then told that the money will be reversed on Monday the 01/11/2021. On the Second of November 2021 I phoned to inform them that I haven't receive my money as they promised then I was told that, it was because of the holiday on the 01/11/2021, then I asked when will I get my money back, they said within 48 hours or two to three working days. I waited until Friday the firth. On Saturday (06/11/2021) I went to the branch I told the manager who tried to phone home loan to understand the hold up. I then learned that my case is not attended by FNB home loan. The Branch manager said he is escalating this matter . Today ( 08/11/2021) as I am writing I haven't received my money back or any communication from FNB HOME LOAN.
I am pulling so hard this months as I never expected such a thing, I had to borrow money to pay for kids pre-school, money for my transport to work let alone food.
I could have understood it if they told me that debit will run twice. As much as they are very quick to inform me if debit failed to run through they should still use the same moods and energy to inform me of what is happening and when will I receive my money back.
I am now suffering with my kids. I am humbly requesting that FNB home loan should reverse my money back as soon as possible.
I don't know what to feed my three kids till my pay day on the 26. My other worries is what if this problem happen again. I bank with FNB my pay salary goes to FNB account so FNB can not reverse the money only FNB home loan can.

Thank you for a prompt response. I phoned FNB home loan and I was told that my money is reversed but it will reflect on my bank account after Finance department authorize the reversal.
Finance department is delaying reversal process, I believe my case should be prioritize since I indicated that I am having financial problem and I am failing to feed my three kids as usual.
My case is long overdue please Finance department do not continue dragging your feet, I have reported my case on the 28/10/2021. Please hear me out I was not expecting this kind of error it was an ambush as I haven't buy food.

FNB HOME LOAN made me Ioose trust on FNB services as it shows me that you don't value your client like you preach. I am planning to go to a different bank all my policies will be cancelled as you made me cried.
Shout out also to Germiston FNB branch manager who felt my pain and gave me R40 for a taxi fee and for buying kids bread after visiting branch i. I Cried so bad at Gemiston branch after talking to heartless FNB HOME LOAN LADIES.

I never experienced such a problem with other bank so put your books in order before destroying the bank name.
