FNB HOME LOAN

If there was negative 🌟 I would give it to FNB. It's been over a month since I requested for changes on my Home loan account, my request is been handled by Daphey Leboa, she responds to my query after two weeks requesting for additional information. Once i send the documents, she will then take another two weeks to resoond again with a request of another document. To this day i havent been assisted.We pay so much for poor services.
