FNB home loan 50% eBucks reward.

Very Disappointed in FNB being a client for many years with multiple personal and business accounts.

My issue is FALSE ADVERTISING!

We did a pre-approval via the Fnb app. after receiving the quotes from multiple banks and home loan agencies we decided to stick with Fnb even though we got a better interest rate from other sources because of all the benefits FNB advertise (the 50% bucks back on the first installment being one) with their bond and being a customer for so long with them.

Skip 3 months later. NO BUCKS - REASON - SORRY you did not apply via the app ?? Obviously, we had done the pre-approval and were happy, so the home selling agencies did all the finer details with their trusted agency BETTER BOND, and thus we get penalized and no BUCKS.
