Thank you FNB for failing dismally in granting final bond approval in time (which is still outstanding), after having submitted my application 2 weeks prior.

3 of the major banks beat you to it and gave AIP and final approval within days, one of which quoted the best rate with a further concessionary discount should I move my assets to them.

During my 15 years of being an FNB client, you’ve financed an investment property purchase, 2 of my vehicles and I’ve had most of my life’s savings invested with you.

Sad that my own bank was outperformed by every other financial institution in terms of service delivery and execution!
