FNB home loan please train your team better or give cunsumer right access. I've added an extra amount to the monthly payment and I've requested time and time again for the funds not to be acessable. Moreso for the monthly debit order not to be reduced. Busisa the chat agent kept on giving me solution to things I did not ask. So fastrating!!!!
