FNB Home Insurance Horrible Service

I sent a claim through FNB home insurance, almost a month later and still no response after communication was received that only half my claim has been approved, still waiting for paperwork I need to sign so the monies can be paid out but every time I call they tell me the same thing, they will call me back before the end of day and still nothing. Countless calls and still nothing. This is pathetic customer service seriously
