FNB Home Insurance Disappointment

I have been loyal to FNB Insurance and then had a horrible accident with my wooden garage door it accidently slip of the rail and completed damaged the door with my car still stuck inside I had to take the door down myself then they rejected my claim to say it's a Maintenace issue we are religiously looking after everything, but this is what they come up with, it's now with the Ombudsman
