FNB home insurance

I submitted a claim on 14/11 relating to the Gauteng storm the day before. It is now over 6 weeks later and I’ve yet to hear from the assessor or about my claim. I have made repeated attempts to contact you, and keep being promised that someone will get back to me. NOTHING! After 6 weeks! Unacceptable.
